My husband sent this to me in an email last Tuesday with the comment "I know you're going to kill me, but......" I try to never disappoint him.

He's being laid out Monday at Duffy's Funeral Home on Mendon Road from 4-8 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Too funny - especially your poor husband's demise for making such a foolish mistake in sending it to you!
Susan
I hope your husband's service is lovely. ;-)
Seriously this is ridiculous! I laughed, of course, but then chills ran over my entire body as I realized that this used to be real live advice. WOW!
My wife has a Betty Crocker cookbook from the 1950's that has a lot of the same kind of advice in the back. My favorite is to lie flat on the floor for ten minutes or so when you get tired of housework.
This makes me laugh almost as hard as my 1920 Eugenics sex manual that I found in my mother-in-law's dresser drawer.
Oh my god. I'm going to try to scrub my brain now. "...small moan..." Yikes! More scrubbing required. You know, that woman in the picture looks really, really grim, and now I know why.
I'll get you the best woman defense lawyer money can buy, Sandy!
Very helpful tips. I am busy forwarding this to all the women I know. Thanks a bunch.
I find it hard to believe there were sex education textbooks in the 60s. In the UK, no less. My how times have changed.
stopping by from SITS - hope the service is lovely!
Sorry about your husband's sudden dirt vacation, but, obviously, it was meant to be. LOL! Happy Valentine's Day!
P.S. Don't forget to moan!
I have to laugh at that big apron she is wearing. You could fit a baby in there...For some of us the 60's is not that far away. Oh dear...
HA! Thanks so much for stopping by on my SITS day. And what an awesome day it was! I don’t do many giveaways, but I am doing a great one right now. Please stop by!

Incredible that this was part of a school book and even out of the 60s...
Sometimes I think we should remember how privileged we are to life in the 21st century...
Hahaha! That's awesome. I had to post it on my Facebook.
