First Snow of the Season

We woke to a Winter Wonderland.

Rosey enjoying her first snow of the season.

Delivering the newspaper.

All dressed up and ready for Christmas.

Guess what this is!

They look like snowy soldiers.

We had our first snow, too! Are you in the DC area, by any chance? Thanks so much for sharing these Superior Snaps. SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did...Happy Sunday!

Gorgeous! I was kind of hoping to wake up to that too this morning. But it's still just brown here. Blech.

Absolutely gorgeous photos. :) I was so happy when it began snowing yesterday, and I was even more pleased when it decided it was going to stick around! Waking up to the beginnings of a Winter Wonderland this morning was so nice. :) Hopefully the trend continues until Christmas!

Your pictures are so beautiful showing the peace of a snowfall. Rosey looks so cute. Love the berries holding on.

I bet my Skye would love it. Maybe we need to take her into the mtns.
this year. The holidays are surely coming. Be safe!

Are those my cranberries?

I love all the photos; especially the last one. Gorgeous.

(We also woke up to a bunch of snow; but I didn't think of it as cheerfully as you did. Shame on me.)

Wow! YOu got way more snow than we did here. Barely a dusting here. Love the first picture of Rosey rolling in the snow. Pure joy!

We got snow, too. About six inches. It is pretty, isn't it...

Wow - you really did get snow! I hope it decides to stay away from us this year. I don't like driving in it. But I love your dog having a ball in it.

Your pics are lovely - I enjoy the quiet of the first snowfall and then I'm done. EmmaLou would like it to snow everyday so she could romp in it. She likes to jump around and it's so funny to watch an 80 lb golden retriever hopping about. Cheers!

Gorgeous!

I have NEVER seen anything like that!
Makes me cold just looking at your pictures!

Now, where are my fuzzy socks?! :)

Sandy, we thought we were going to get some snow down here in the southland but, thankfully, we did not here at least. It has been a long time since I have had to drive or even walk in it. I really can't say I miss it at all.

The pictures are lovely, I'll have to admit. That's just where I like my snow - in pictures.
