He spent one day shut in the dog kennel so Lucy wouldn't be able to stage a Second Act. That night after the dogs were in the house, we went out and opened the door. The next day Paul was getting ready to dig the Havahart trap out of the shed, but thought he better see if Pepe Le Pew was still there first. He put on the oldest clothes he could find, a pair of gloves and rubber boots that went to his knees and went out to check. He lifted up the pallet and there he was.....Gone!
Been no sighting or smelling since!

Good!
And good riddance.
Stopping by from SITS to say hi.
Too bad I didn't post about how to get rid of skunk odor on your dog a couple days sooner huh? Hope your pup has recovered from her run in with the "black and white kitty" by now.
Chris, I knew the formula that you referred to and used it. We had to use it when our golden got up-close-and-personal with a skunk. And Lucy's more than recovered....doesn't bother her one little bit. Thanks for the visit.
A skunk? Yikes! Good thing it's gone.
from SITS. :)
glad your B&W friend moved on :)
That is great news!
Yay! That makes it easier on you guys. I'm always happy when any critters decide to vamoose on their own!
Fingers crossed he stays gone!
Glad to know a place to go if I ever need to get rid of that smell! Cause man that is one bad smell to be trying to get rid of:)
Thanks for stopping by yesterday on my special FB SITS day!
I hope he stays away, not the best little visitor to have. I thought it was bad enough when I had a fox who left me little "messages" in the garden.
