Highbush Cranberry--October

You can see the leaves are beginning to look a little sparse as they begin to fall. The days have begun to be noticeably shorter. The weather is getting much cooler. Fall is definitely in the air!

To see the changes, go to June, July, August and September.

Here in California, the days are definitely shorter, but the air hasn't changed and a couple of trees might start to turn colors around November.

Stopping by from SITS. Hope you have a great weekend!

Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!

Nice photos. I'm American, but we live in Moscow. Days are already VERY short now, but today is crisp and lovely with blue skies. Do you know we have buckeye trees here? Reminds me of home (Ohio). The city just turned on the heat yesterday (it's all centrally run) so we are cosy inside. Soon we will be HOT inside and wearing shorts and t-shirts. Isn't that weird?

Those cranberries are gorgeous. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a cranberry tree. Or is it a bush?
